Please read these terms carefully before booking a course.

All bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the lesson receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a fee of up to 50 percent of the lesson cost. No show appointments are charged in full.
Payment is due before the lesson commences unless a written arrangement has been made. We accept bank transfer, Square card payment and cash. Multi lesson packages must be paid in full before the first session.
Students must hold a valid NSW driver licence of the appropriate class before commencing heavy vehicle training and must meet the minimum age requirements set by Transport for NSW. Valid photo identification is required at each lesson.
Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor and comply with on road safety requirements. We reserve the right to terminate a lesson without refund where a student:
Our training trucks are fully insured and maintained to the highest standards. Students are not liable for fair wear and tear that occurs during normal operation. Students may be held liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or breach of these terms.
We will only book a student for a competency assessment when the instructor is satisfied the student is genuinely ready. This protects your pass rate and is never rushed to fill a schedule. Additional preparation lessons may be recommended at our discretion.
Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. Unused lessons in a multi lesson package are refundable less a 10 percent administration fee. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
To the extent permitted by law, Melissa Truck Driving School is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from the delivery of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the cost of the lesson or package giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms is to be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within New South Wales.
